Who We Share Data With

• Our drivers: your name, phone, address and transfer details are shared so they can carry out your transfer
• Our e-mail provider: to send confirmation e-mails (kurumsaleposta.com)
• Flight tracking service: only if you entered a flight number, that number is sent to aviationstack.com to track your flight status. Your name, phone or other identifying details are not sent
• Our hosting provider: as part of the server service where data is stored
• Competent public authorities: only where legally required

Beyond these, your data is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing.

How We Collect Data

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, by telephone, WhatsApp and e-mail.

Retention Periods

• Booking and invoice records: 10 years (required by tax legislation)
• Contact form messages: 2 years
• Account details: for as long as your account remains open; when you close it, data without a legal retention requirement is deleted
• Server security logs: 1 year

Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
